Welcome!

On the following pages you will find a selection of horses and ponies from weanlings to five year olds, which have had a natural start to their working lives with humans.

Older horses:  occasionally I will have some older horses for sale who have been re-started for some reason, usually behaviour related. 

Traditional Riders - Don't worry!  Some people think that they will have to learn "natural horsemanship" in order to buy one of my horses.  While it is great if you do, it is by no means essential; the horses are ready for a suitable person to bring on for what they want, be that dressage, showing, jumping or hacking.

Where do I get them?

* Some are home bred. * Some off the moors & mountains. * Some from Sales. * Some are privately bred.

Wild bred horses...

Are usually used to traffic, used to looking after themselves and crossing all terrains, and hardy types. They make excellent riding ponies, with the correct handling.

Worth the wait!

All horses spend an average of six months with me, developing their skills and confidence. They become part of our family, and I want to match them to the best possible home. Please don’t be offended if I don’t think a particular match will be suitable!
 
It may be possible to put a deposit on your chosen horse and wait for the training to complete, and join in if you wish.
