If you see a horse you like .............

Try before you buy!  You are welcome to bring an experienced friend or your instructor etc along with you to advise if you wish.  Please ensure the horse is suitable for your needs, physically and temperamentally, before you buy.  This is your job, not mine.  If you are not experienced enough to do this, get someone who is to advise you.

Make sure you have tried the horse in all ways you wish before placing a deposit.

If you still like the horse after trying, then place a deposit to secure it.  You then have a week (7 days) to get the horse vetted if required, and arrange collection/delivery.  If any horse fails a vetting and you don't wish to continue with the purchase, the deposit will be refunded.

If you have not collected the horse within the 7 day period, the deposit will be forfeit and the horse re-advertised.

The purchasor on completion of the sale will be asked to sign a bill of sale which states that they have tried the horse to their satisfaction, agree that it meets the description given and is suitable for their purposes.

The placing of a deposit indicates you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
